Our journey began in Annapolis Valley of Nova Scotia, through the Dickie Baxter Taproom & Bistro, located in Canning. In the last couple of years, we have grown and expanded our services to meet the needs of our clients and provide them with the best possible catering experience.​

Alongside his partner, Tammy, Chef Wayne continuously crafts innovative menu items that are a testament to his dedication and expertise. 🍽 Chef Graeme
A culinary storyteller, Chef Graeme's dishes narrate tales of the Maritimes' rich bounty. Originating from Winnipeg, his culinary journey began at a tender age of 15. Today, with over two decades of experience, Chef Graeme is a fervent advocate for authentic "farm to table" dining. Residing and farming in Gaspereau, he raises cattle, pigs, and chickens, embedding his deep understanding of food right from its source to the plate. His passion for local and seasonal ingredients ensures that every dish is a fresh and delightful celebration of the Maritimes.
